Why we're called Path 50

Path is the route we walk with you, from the first conversation to the day you move in. 50 is the deadline the whole country shares: net zero by 2050. Every home we build is designed to produce as much energy as it uses, so that deadline arrives early for you.

Solid timber panels, glued in alternating layers and cut to the millimetre in the factory. Strong as concrete for its weight, warm to the touch, and holding carbon for the life of the building instead of releasing it.

We talk about the home you want, the site it sits on and the budget it has to fit. Passive House thinking starts here, not as an afterthought.

Design

Our architects shape the house around how you actually live. Already have a design you love? We'll work with it.

Technical stage

Engineers and specialists turn the design into millimetre-accurate drawings, and we get the permissions in place.

Contract

One build contract, with costs and timelines you've seen and understood before you sign anything.

Construction

Panels made in the factory, raised on site in days. You get an update at every stage until the keys are in your hand.

About us

An eye for finish. A conscience for what's behind it.

Path 50 grew out of a career in high-end interiors, where founder Piotr W learnt that a beautiful room is not enough if the house around it leaks heat and burns money. So we build homes that are beautiful and comfortable, and also energy-efficient and environmentally responsible.

Our team is certified by the Passive House Institute and we are members of the AECB and the Passivhaus Trust. We work with you openly, from the first sketch to the final snag list.
